Manager- Housing and Facility

Position to cover approx 1400 units and commercial properties and provide professional services for the administration and operations of campus and off campus properties and facilities. This position will manage maintenance and upgrades of physical property and building systems, financial management, evaluation of potential new properties, development and redevelopment of new and existing spaces, compliance to city/state regulations, and adherence to hospital and departmental policies/procedures.

This position is required to have 5-10 years experience or more related to Property and Facility Management. A Real Property Administrator (RPA) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation preferred.

  • Competitively bid and oversee operational and tenant improvement contract and services. Oversee tenant improvement construction and capital expenditure projects.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of building systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide support and back up to co-workers and local client representatives and occupants, to ensure that department and company goals are continuously met.

There is opportunity to move up quickly to even more senior role very quickly.
