CMCP: Certified Manager of Commercial Properties

With just one year of experience and 30 hours of industry education, you can qualify for the CMCP, commercial real estate's first certification for early-industry career professionals. Discover the CMCP.

The BOMA Foundation has created a new scholarship to fund individuals pursuing the CMCP certification. Up to eight scholarships will be awarded per quarter. Applicants may use the scholarship to cover either the CMCP application/exam fee or the CMCP Exam Prep Course. Learn more and apply.

 LIVE VIRTUAL LEARNING! The Business of Buildings: A Property Manager's Guide to Asset   Management

 Learn the fundamental competencies of asset management—an essential skill set for today's   property manager—and gain a better understanding of how to communicate with owners and asset   managers. This intensive, virtual certificate program, produced by BOMA International and BOMI   International, will be held through the Adobe Connect online platform. This modular program is a   focused sequence of five one-hour sessions, culminating with a two-hour capstone exercise at the   end of the program. Wednesday, September 9-10. Learn more.
