BOMA members and guests will have the opportunity to hear from 4 industry specialists covering all aspects of Energy Storage and Demand Management.  This 30 minute presentation will give attendees a comprehensive overview of this important subject and allow time for individual questions.

Matthew Sachs, COO of Peak Power will present overview of what Energy Storage/Demand Management entails. 

Griffin Reilly, Section Manager of Targeted Demand Management for Con Edison Company of New York, Inc. will cover the Benefits of Battery Energy Storage and Demand Management.

Steven Wilkie, Sr. R&TD Engineer of  the New York Power Authority will address NYSFP&BC ESS requirements, testing and listing requirements, fire testing requirements, and challenges encountered during the course of the Demonstration project in White Plains.

Alicia Noriega, Project Manager, Advanced Efficiency Solutions for the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority (NYSERDA) will explain Real-Time Energy Management and its role in Demand Management.
