What is driving residential growth?

Greg Belew, City President, New York Tri-State Area, Lennar Multifamily Communities will be addressing the BOMA membership on the driving force behind the increase of the residential and mixed use properties currently planned and underway in the County and what inspired this expansion.

Greg leads a regional team with responsibility for all development operations for the company in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania markets.  He originally began his real estate career with JPI Development, developing luxury multifamily real estate communities in Dallas, San Diego and San Francisco, before departing to attend business school at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.  After the Great Recession of the late 2000’s, he returned to JPI as an Executive Vice President, handling all development, acquisition, and asset management operations in major markets from Washington D.C., northward through Boston, MA.   He later served as a Managing Director for Alliance Residential, with a multifamily development focus the greater New York metro area.
