BOMA Westchster will be hosting a Holiday Celebration with an elaborate Cocktail Luncheon Reception overlooking the City of White Plains and beyond.  42 at The Ritz-Carlton has been rated "Excellent" by the New York Times.  BOMA members and their guests will enjoy an open bar with pass hors' deouvres, a raw bar, carving stations, and a dessert table while having the time to relax and take in the views through the floor to ceiling windows.
