The current economic conditions have resulted in a “Tenant’s Market.”  There is more space available with fewer tenants looking, resulting in greater competition and increased pressures to close a deal.  BOMA Westchester is pleased to present a panel discussion on the challenges of conducting business in our current market, from the Leasing, Design & Construction perspectives.

 

Panelists will include: Brian Van Riper, Sr. Project Manager from Reckson, a division of SL Green, Dennis Noskin of Dennis Noskin Architect, PC, and Al Gutierrez, Vice President of CB Richard Ellis.   Charlie Brown of C.W. Brown Inc. will moderate the discussion.
